What is the Burdon of proof in a secured claim a car?
I had a repair done to my Jeep dealer. I firmly believe would assume that the warranty but charged for it and told me that the warranty does not cover ", since it seems to have been beaten" (what happened is my mist Light came home and had to adjust and set up). I really do not know how it happened, I realized one day. I think a lawsuit in small claims court, based on the roughness of which I tried to, and the moral victory to confirm my warranty. My question is that Burdon of proof in vehicle guaranteed. If I have to prove I was a manufacturers defect, which is probably going to win, but if you have to prove that it was done by my actions, I will probably win. Does anyone know who has the Burdon of proof when it comes to guarantees vehiclular?
Boy that was a crap dealer. You should trash with everyone you know, even online. They could have done the work for the warranty, but do more to charge $ $. You can charge more than they can charge on company cars.
